What are the stainless steel screens?
There are two kinds of monofilament sieves and double-filament sieves, and the monofilaments generally have a small pore size and a coarse filament. The sieve permeability is superior to that of the steel screen (with edging and no edging). The double wire has a large aperture and a thin wire. Here are some tips on how to maintain and clean the stainless steel screen:
1. The grease, oil and lubricating oil on the surface of the stainless steel mesh are contaminated, wiped clean with a soft cloth, and then cleaned with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or with a special detergent.
2. The surface of the stainless steel mesh screen is dusty and easy to remove dirt. It can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water. The trademark and film of the stainless steel surface are washed with warm water, weak detergent, and the binder component is scrubbed with alcohol or organic solvent (ether, benzene).
3. The rust caused by the dirt on the surface of the stainless steel mesh screen can be washed with 10% nitric acid or grinding detergent, or it can be washed with special washing drugs.
4. The surface of the stainless steel ore screen has rainbow pattern, which is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil. It can be washed with warm water detergent when washing.
5. The surface of the stainless steel ore screen has bleaching agent and various acid adhesions. Rinse immediately with water, then dip with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda solution, and wash with neutral detergent or warm water.
