2. Use in the case of ultra high temperature exceeding 400 °C

When the mesh belt is in normal operation, the temperature rises due to the heat of the conveyed material, and the strength of the transport forgetting belt gradually decreases as the temperature rises. The restrictions on the use of stainless steel wire mesh belts will depend on the temperature and temperature of the material caused by the rotational friction of the material and the mesh belt. If the temperature exceeds 400 °C, it will affect the service life of the stainless steel mesh belt. Please consult the stainless steel mesh belt manufacturer. Under normal circumstances, the stainless steel wire mesh belt is resistant to high temperature, so it will not affect its service life at 400 °C. However, due to different manufacturing processes, the service life of stainless steel wire mesh belts manufactured by various manufacturers is different.
