By using chemical cleaning liquid and special washing machine, dryer and other equipment. The process of immersing and rinsing the wire mesh, degreasing, removing rust or other dirt, thereby restoring the color of the mesh surface and improving the quality of the mesh surface (to the production standard).

4.Electropolishing: Surface polishing of wire mesh and wire mesh deep-added products of stainless steel, copper, iron-aluminum, etc. means reducing the roughness of the metal surface by electrolytic process (essentially removing the oxide film of the metal surface layer) and increasing the finish. The treatment of the metal surface with a mirror-like brightness and texture (300 series stainless steel is better). The use of professional electropolishing equipment can achieve the purpose of finely controlling the thickness of the polishing layer.

The surface density of the polished wire mesh or other products is increased, and the corrosion resistance (the polished workpiece can be used in a nitric acid solution) is remarkably improved.

This process is suitable for handling the inner and outer surfaces of complex shaped workpieces, such as the inner wall of slender tubes, wires, sheets, balls, wire mesh products, and the like.

The electroplating of the washing net and the screen is often carried out synchronously or continuously, and the equipment used is mostly a composite machine having both washing and polishing functions.
