How to control the stainless steel wire mesh tolerance?
For stainless steel wire mesh there will be tolerance for wire diameter, hole size, tensile strength, filtration rate, hole shape square or not. All these tolerance will effect the usage.
So how to control the tolerance from the raw material stainless steel wire?
We MAISHI will test the wire diameter, the wire surface to see if it is round and keep the wire diameter same from different point. Stable wire diameter and round surface of the wire could help make the tensil strength the same on different point of the wire, thus the mesh tensile strenth is the same from different point after weaving. Same tensile strength for the mesh make the mesh flat and keep the hole shape square, smaller tolerance for the hole size and filtration rate, etc.
