304 stainless steel wire mesh cloth can be used in many industries such as environmental protection, minerals, aviation, paper industry, electronics manufacturing, etc. Many industries require special environments such as acids and bases. 304 stainless steel wire filter mesh is just in compliance with the requirements.
304 stainless steel wire mesh weaving method: Dutch weaving, plain weave, twill weave.
The 304L stainless steel wire mesh is very similar to the T-304. The difference is that the carbon content is reduced, which is more conducive to weaving and re-welding.
Type 316 can be stabilized by the addition of 2% molybdenum, which is an "18-8" alloy. It is less susceptible to corrosion in brine, sulphur water or in halogen salts than other chrome-nickel stainless steel screens. For example, chloride is an obvious example. The most valuable feature of T-316 is its greater creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Other mechanical characteristics and structural features are the same as those of the T-304.
The 316L stainless steel wire mesh and T-316 are also very similar, and they differ in their carbon content. More conducive to weaving and welding again.
