The methods of identifying the quality of stainless steel screen mesh are as follows:
1, The hole shape is not square or inclined, and the warp and weft wire bending is greater than 4 degrees by professional equipment measurement, should be considered unqualified.
2, When opening the screen mesh, there is a serious crimp phenomenon. For example, the standard mesh hole size≥0.18mm and 1 meter length, the hook face diameter is less than 80cm, the mesh hole size<0.18mm and 1 meter length, the hook face diameter is less than 60mm, should be considered unqualified.
3, The mesh structure is not stable and not close, when rubbed with fingers, the warp and weft wire will be moved easily, should be considered unqualified.
4, There is a huge area of creases on the surface, and through stretching and flatten process, it can not disappear, should be considered unqualified.
5, Whether the holes density is uniform
6, Whether the mesh surface is flat, such as if there is something wrong about weft wire.
7. Whether the wire diameter of screen mesh meets the standard within the tolerance range.
